Support

Last updated 4 September 2026 · covers Dr.Peptide, Dr.Herb, Herbal RX, MOMS and Jtodo, for Android, iPhone and macOS.

Email support@elevatedself.health. That is the only support channel, and it is read by the person who builds the apps. Expect a reply within a few days.

What to include

A bug is much easier to fix with these in the first email:

Please do not send screenshots of your dose log, bloodwork or anything else you would rather we did not see — we do not need it to fix a bug, and we would rather not hold it. See our privacy policy.

Reporting a wrong figure

Corrections to the reference data are welcome and get priority. Send the compound or botanical, the figure you think is wrong, and a source — a drug label, monograph, trial or review. It is checked against the source and fixed in the next build. How the data was assembled, and its limits, is described on our research page.

Questions we get asked

How do I get my data out?

Dr.Peptide: Settings → Export — JSON for protocols, vials, dose logs and metrics; CSV for the dose log; ICS for the schedule. App preferences are not included in JSON. The file goes wherever you send it through the system share sheet. Settings → Import restores a JSON record-data backup.

I lost my data / I changed phone. Can you restore it?

We cannot restore it because nothing is stored on our side. Android automatic backup is disabled. On iPhone, Apple's user-controlled encrypted device or iCloud backup may include local app data, but we cannot inspect or recover it. A manual JSON export is the portable backup you control, so export before you uninstall or move phones.

How do I delete everything?

Delete entries in the app, or uninstall it — uninstalling removes the app's database and settings from your device. There is no account to close and no deletion request to make, because we hold nothing.

Reminders are not arriving

Dose reminders are scheduled locally by your device, so this is almost always an OS setting: check that notifications are allowed for the app, that it is exempt from battery optimisation (Android), and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not suppressing it (iOS). Set the time in Settings → Reminders.

Body weight is not showing up from Health Connect / HealthKit

The connection is optional and off until you grant it, and it only ever reads body weight. Grant it in the app, then confirm the permission in your system health settings. If your weight is recorded in another app that has not synced to Health Connect or HealthKit, there is nothing for us to read yet.

App lock will not open

The unlock check is performed by the operating system, not by us, so we cannot bypass or reset it. If biometrics fail, use your device passcode. We never receive your biometric data, and there is no recovery code to lose.

Is Dr.Herb's reference offline?

Yes. All 314 botanicals ship inside the app, and it makes no network calls at all — the only permission it ever asks for is notifications, and only if you switch the optional daily reminder on. Herbal RX development builds bundle their corpus the same way. Dr.Peptide's core features also work offline; its fixed PubMed literature searches open in your system browser only when you tap them.

Where is Herbal RX? I can't find it in the store.

It isn't there yet. Herbal RX is in development and testing and has not been submitted to either store. Email support@elevatedself.health if you want release updates. App-specific help lives on the Herbal RX support page.

Jtodo: my list looks empty, but the file has text in it

Only lines that start with - [ ] or - [x] are tasks. Headings, notes and blank lines are kept in the file but not shown. Add a checkbox line and it appears.

Jtodo: I picked the wrong file, or the file moved

Tap the folder icon and choose again — open an existing .md file or create a new one. Nothing is lost; the old file is still where it was. Jtodo never has a copy of your list, so there is nothing for us to restore: the file is the list.

Jtodo: how do I see the same list on my other phone?

Keep the file in a folder that both phones can see — Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud Drive — and open it from Jtodo on each. The drive does the carrying; Jtodo has no sync of its own and no account.

Can you tell me what dose to take?

No. Every one of our apps is a reference or record-keeping tool, and none of them is a medical device — they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, they do not prescribe or recommend, and neither do we by email. Figures shown are ranges reported in labels, monographs, trials or, where labelled as such, community protocols. Many compounds listed in Dr.Peptide are investigational or sold for research use only and may be illegal to possess or administer where you live. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and follow local law.

What does it cost, and what am I buying?

Dr.Peptide is available on Google Play for US$5.99, paid once — no subscription, renewal or feature tiers. Google sets regional prices under its own policies. The future App Store release will be a separate purchase.

Refunds

Google Play purchases use Google's refund process through Play order history and may direct later requests to the developer. When the iPhone version launches, Apple refund requests will use reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility varies by purchase, timing and region.

Feature requests

Send them. The apps are actively developed and a fair amount of what is in them started as an email. No promises on timing, and anything that would require a server or an account is a no by design.
