Privacy policy

Last updated 4 September 2026 · covers Dr.Peptide, Dr.Herb, Herbal RX, MOMS and Jtodo, for Android, iPhone and macOS.

We collect no app data. None of our apps has an Elevated Self data server, account, analytics, advertising or tracking, and none makes background network requests of its own. What you enter stays in local app storage and is not transmitted to us. User-triggered exports, external source links and Apple system backups are described below.

Dr.Herb

The 314-botanical reference ships inside the app and is read-only. Dr.Herb stores theme and disclaimer choices, starred herb IDs, up to 12 recently viewed herb IDs, any per-herb notes you write, and your regimen — which herbs you have recorded taking, on which days, your own dose note, and the dates you marked a dose taken. The only permission it ever asks for is notifications, and only if you switch the optional daily reminder on; that reminder is produced on your device, is silent, and its text is a count only, never a herb name. JSON backup/import and CSV note export happen only when you initiate them. Android automatic backup is disabled; on iPhone, Apple's user-controlled encrypted device or iCloud backup may include this local app data.

Herbal RX

Herbal RX is an unreleased clinical edition in development. Its corpus ships inside development builds and is read-only. The app stores theme and disclaimer choices, saved herb IDs, recent herb IDs, and any per-herb notes you write, all in local app storage.

• No structured patient records. It is a reference, not a chart: there is no patient, visit or case field. Free-text notes can still become sensitive or identifying if you put patient information in them, so do not do that.
• A note is health data, so no app-managed cloud sync is offered. Android automatic backup is disabled. On iPhone, Apple's user-controlled encrypted device or iCloud backup may include local app data.
• Manual export is the only app-initiated route off the device. The operating system hands the file to the destination you choose, whose privacy policy then applies.
• No billing code is present in current development builds. A purchase model has not yet been implemented.

Dr.Peptide

Dr.Peptide is a record-keeping tool, so it does hold what you record — all of it in a private database inside the app's own storage on your device:

• protocols — compound name, dose, frequency, cycle, start date, titration steps
• dose logs — compound, dose, date and time, injection site, your notes
• vials and inventory — size, water added, remaining amount, expiry, optional price
• body-weight and bloodwork entries, if you record or import them
• app settings — reminder time, lock preference, whether research-only compounds are shown

The bundled compound reference ships inside the app and is read-only.

Each compound entry includes a fixed PubMed literature-search link. It opens in your system browser only when you tap it; no protocol, dose, health record or note is included. Your browser and PubMed handle that connection under their own privacy policies.

Device features it uses

• Notifications — a local daily dose reminder at a time you choose, plus low-stock and expiry flags. Reminder text never names a compound. Scheduled on your device.
• Biometric / device unlock — optional app lock. The check is performed by the operating system; the app never receives your biometric data.
• Health Connect (Android) / HealthKit (iOS) — optional, off until you grant it. Used only to read your body-weight entries so you can chart weight alongside a protocol. Weight is read into the same local database and is never sent anywhere. We write nothing back. You can revoke it at any time in your system health settings.

Backups

Android automatic backup is deliberately disabled. Dr.Peptide has no app-managed cloud sync. On iPhone, Apple's user-controlled encrypted device or iCloud backup may include the local SwiftData store.

For a portable copy, use Settings → Export: JSON backs up record data (protocols, vials, dose logs and metrics), CSV exports the dose log, and ICS exports the schedule. App preferences are not included in JSON. The operating system hands the file to the destination you pick; after that, that destination's privacy policy applies. Settings → Import restores a JSON record-data backup.

MOMS

MOMS (Multi Oximeter Monitoring System) displays live readings from Bluetooth LE fingertip pulse oximeters. Everything stays on your device: live SpO₂ and heart-rate values are held in memory while displayed, and each monitoring run is saved as one plain CSV file (timestamps, sensor id and the name you gave it, SpO₂, heart rate, connection events) in the app's own documents folder — "MOMS Sessions" — where you can open, export or delete it yourself. The app also stores your sensor names, alarm threshold and theme choice.

• Bluetooth is used solely to discover and read from nearby pulse oximeters. On Android the scan permission is declared "never for location" — scanning is not used to derive your position.
• Notifications, if you allow them, carry only an alarm (low SpO₂ or a silent sensor) while the app is in the background and — on Android — the persistent monitoring status. All produced on your device.
• No account, no cloud, no analytics, no ads. Nothing is uploaded or synced by us. If your device's own backup includes app data, that is governed by Apple's or Google's terms.

MOMS is a general wellness tool for sports, aviation and everyday self-monitoring — not a medical device.

Jtodo

Jtodo is a to-do list whose tasks live in a plain markdown file you choose. The app stores nothing of its own except your appearance choice and a pointer to that file. It has no network access, no account, no analytics and no advertising, and it cannot send your tasks anywhere.

• Your file is yours. It sits wherever you put it — on the device, or in a cloud drive such as Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud Drive. If it is in a cloud drive, that provider's terms govern it, not ours; Jtodo simply reads and writes the file through the system file picker.
• No account, no cloud, no analytics, no ads. Nothing is uploaded or synced by us. Android's automatic backup is switched off for the app; on iPhone, the file is backed up only if the folder you chose is.
• Deleting your data means deleting the file, or the app — the two are independent. We hold no copy and cannot restore one.

Jtodo is free. An optional, paid sync-and-backup service is planned; when it launches, this section will describe exactly what that service stores, and it will be end-to-end encrypted so that we cannot read it. The free app will keep working as described here.

What none of the apps does

• No app data is transmitted to Elevated Self — there is no Elevated Self server to receive it.
• No analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking SDKs.
• No accounts, no email address requested.
• Nothing sold or shared — there is nothing to sell or share.
• No cross-app or cross-site tracking, so no App Tracking Transparency prompt: there is nothing to ask you about.
• No cookies on this website, and no analytics on it either.

Deleting your data

Delete individual entries in the app, or uninstall it — uninstalling removes the app's database and settings from your device. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing to request deletion of from us, and no account to close.

Children

None of the apps is directed at children. Dr.Peptide is intended for adults; do not use it if you are under 18. Herbal RX is being written for practitioners rather than patients.

Not medical advice

All three apps are reference and record-keeping tools. They do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or recommend any substance or dose. Figures shown are ranges reported in drug labels, monographs, clinical trials, or — where labelled as such — community protocols. They are not prescriptions, and not a claim that anything is safe, legal or appropriate for you. Many compounds listed in Dr.Peptide are investigational or sold for research use only and may be illegal to possess or administer where you live. Always consult a qualified clinician and follow local law.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this URL with a new date. The apps changing is not a reason to expect this policy to change — we intend to go on collecting nothing.
