Why they're built this way

Offline by default

The whole reference ships inside the app. Core features need no connection, there are no accounts, and your records never go to an Elevated Self server. Literature links open in your browser only when you tap them.

Your data stays yours

What you enter lives in local app storage. Dr.Peptide adds a biometric lock and manual export; Dr.Herb keeps favourites, notes and your regimen locally, and asks for no permission beyond an optional reminder notification.

Honest about the evidence

Where the research is weak, the apps say so. Dr.Herb shows a strength badge only when the source guide's wording maps cleanly to one, and lists popular claims the evidence does not support.

How we source and grade the research →

Not medical advice. Every app here is a reference or record-keeping tool. Dose figures are ranges reported in drug labels, monographs, clinical trials or traditional use — not prescriptions, and not a suggestion that anything is safe or appropriate for you. Talk to a qualified clinician or pharmacist before taking or changing anything.
