Herbal RX support

Android, iPhone, Windows and macOS · Last updated 15 August 2026

Email support@elevatedself.health. Include your platform, Herbal RX version, device and operating-system version, what you did, what happened and any exact error message.

Do not email patient details, personal health information or the contents of your notes. Herbal RX has no account or server, so support cannot access or recover data stored on your device.

What Herbal RX is

An offline botanical-medicine reference for practising clinicians. Bundled monographs carry regulatory assessments, safety statuses, evidence grades and citations, and are searchable by herb, by condition, by drug, by metabolic pathway and by safety signal. Everything renders from content shipped inside the app: it records nothing about a patient, computes nothing for a patient, and connects to nothing.

Release status

Herbal RX has not been released and is not in either store yet. It is planned as a paid app at USD 39.99, one time, with no subscription and no in-app purchases — but it cannot be bought today, and nothing on this site is a release announcement. Email support@elevatedself.health if you want release updates.

Back up before changing devices

Use Settings → Data → Export my data (JSON) before replacing, resetting or uninstalling a device. JSON is the portable backup for favourites, notes and your regimen. CSV contains notes for reading or spreadsheet use, but it is not the restore format.

On the new device, choose Settings → Data → Import data and select the JSON file. Android automatic backup is disabled. Apple's user-controlled backup may include iPhone app data, but Elevated Self cannot inspect or restore it.

Common questions

How do I delete my data?

Remove favourites or notes in Herbal RX, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes its local data. There is no account to close because Elevated Self stores nothing.

Can I keep patient notes in it?

No. The notes field is a personal aide-mémoire, not a patient record. It has no per-patient structure and no access control beyond your device's lock screen. Do not enter identifiable patient information; use your practice's record system.

An interaction result looks wrong

Email the drug and the herb involved and what you expected. Authored interaction rows and derived CYP or transporter screening candidates are listed separately, and the derived list is a screening prompt against public substrate examples, not a clinical interaction clearance. A missing match does not establish that a combination is safe.

I found an incorrect clinical figure

Corrections get priority. Include the herb, the field, the text you believe is wrong and a source such as a regulator monograph, drug label, clinical trial or systematic review. Do not send copyrighted databases or subscriber-only text.

A required safety field says “not established”

That is deliberate. A required field is either populated or explicitly marked not-established, because a blank safety field reads as “no concern”. If you have a published source that would populate it, send it.

The daily reminder is not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for Herbal RX. The reminder is off by default and only asks for permission when you switch it on. On Android it uses an inexact alarm, so the system may deliver it a few minutes late to save battery. Its text is a count and never names a herb.

Can support recommend a herb or dose?

No. This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Neither the app nor support provides individualised advice, diagnosis, dosing calculation or triage. Clinical judgement remains yours.
