Dr.Peptide support

Android and iPhone · Last updated 8 August 2026

Email support@elevatedself.health. Include your platform, Dr.Peptide version, what you were trying to do and any exact error message.

Do not email health records, protocol details, dose logs or laboratory results. Dr.Peptide has no account or server, so support cannot access or recover data stored on your device.

Back up before changing devices

Use Settings → Export my data (JSON) before replacing, resetting or uninstalling a device. JSON backs up record data — protocols, vials, dose logs and metrics — but not app preferences. CSV contains the dose log only; ICS contains the upcoming schedule only.

On the new device, use Settings → Import data and choose the JSON file. Android automatic backup is disabled. Apple's user-controlled backup may include iPhone app data, but manual JSON export is the portable backup you control. Elevated Self holds no copy.

Common questions

Reminders are not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for Dr.Peptide. On Android, also check battery optimisation. On iOS, check Focus and notification settings. Reminders are scheduled locally and never name a compound.

Weight is not importing

Confirm that Dr.Peptide has permission to read Weight in Health Connect or Apple Health. It only reads weight and writes nothing back. You can revoke access in system health settings.

Biometric lock will not open

The operating system performs the unlock check. Use your device passcode if biometrics fail. Elevated Self cannot bypass or reset the lock and never receives biometric data.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual entries in Dr.Peptide or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes its database and settings. There is no account to close because nothing is stored by Elevated Self.

Can support recommend a dose?

No. Dr.Peptide is not a medical device and neither the app nor support diagnoses, treats, prescribes or recommends a substance or dose. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
