Dr.Herb support
Android and iPhone · Last updated 8 August 2026
Email support@elevatedself.health. Include your platform, Dr.Herb version, device and operating-system version, what you did, what happened and any exact error message.
Do not email personal health details or the contents of your notes. Dr.Herb has no account or server, so support cannot access or recover data stored on your device.
Back up before changing devices
Use Settings → Data → Export my data (JSON) before replacing, resetting or uninstalling a device. JSON is the portable backup for favourites and notes. CSV contains notes for reading or spreadsheet use, but it is not the restore format.
On the new device, choose Settings → Data → Import data and select the JSON file. Importing merges data: favourites are added, and an imported note replaces the existing note for that herb. Android automatic backup is disabled. Apple's user-controlled backup may include iPhone app data, but Elevated Self cannot inspect or restore it.
Common questions
How do I delete my data?
Remove favourites or notes in Dr.Herb, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes its local data. There is no account to close because Elevated Self stores nothing.
Can I move data between Android and iPhone?
Yes. The JSON backup format is shared by both apps. Export the JSON file on the old device, transfer it using a destination you trust, then import it on the new device.
A condition result or interaction looks wrong
Email the condition or medication category, the herb involved and what you expected. Interaction results are keyword matches from each herb's caution text, not a clinical interaction clearance. A missing match does not establish that a combination is safe.
I found an incorrect medical figure
Corrections get priority. Include the herb, the text you believe is wrong and a source such as a regulator monograph, drug label, clinical trial or systematic review. Do not send copyrighted databases or subscriber-only text.
Can support recommend an herb or dose?
No. Dr.Herb is not a medical device, and neither the app nor support diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any medical condition or provides personalised treatment recommendations. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
